Bookings and availability

The Summit Lodge provides privacy and service. During Covid-19, we will be accommodating only ONE party at a time in our Luxury Suite. This comprises of one, two or three en-suite rooms plus large guest lounge. The base price is for 2 people in one en-suite room (breakfasts incl) but if you wish to bring friends with you, we can accommodate a party of up to six adults in either super-king or twin beds - please confirm on booking your bed preferences. Adults only, no children aged under 16.

Rates for Luxury Suite, available up to December 2020

One night, $310 for first room, 2 additional rooms available at $270 each (6 people max)
Two nights, $580 for first room, 2 additional rooms available at $270 each (6 people max). Additional consecutive nights, $270

As from December 2020, each of our three en-suites rooms are available for booking separately at a rate of $299 per room per night.

The balance of your payment will be requested one week prior to your stay which you can pay via credit card or bank transfer. You will receive an email at the time.

Coronavirus Response

Only one party will be accommodated at a time as a result of Coronavirus so you can rest assured that your safety is being prioritised. There is a two night minimum due to the extensive cleaning regime we have implemented in between guest stays.

We are taking bookings for single nights and single rooms as from 1 January 2021. Please be aware that bookings made will be subject to Coronavirus status at that time

Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy - bookings cancelled within 30 days will incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Cancellations made within 7 days or no-shows will be charged full booking cost. (In the case of last minute cancellations, these may be transferable depending on circumstances)
No children under age 16 (there are health & safety considerations)
No smoking inside (and if very dry, restrictions may apply in the grounds also)
Cleaning/damages policy - The Summit Lodge reserves the right to charge to the guest’s credit card for cleaning charges for excessive soiling, cost of repairs to damage to the fabric of the lodge, replacement or repair of fixtures and fittings and for any labour costs and management time incurred in carrying out or arranging for such repairs and or replacements
No pets please - we have chickens, a dog and neurotic cats (as well as fields filled with sheep next to us) so other dogs can create challenges!
